The v45 AI and Clinical Risk Readiness Toolkit
Four board-ready documents for pregnancy medical clinics preparing for the artificial intelligence expectations AAAHC published for public comment in the proposed v45 Standards.
AAAHC opened public comment on the proposed v45 Standards in March 2026. The final handbook has not yet published, and the proposals remain subject to change — but the direction is visible, and the expectations are written to be surveyable. Clinics that build their records before publication will meet the survey with evidence already in hand.

Sixty-five questions organized on the six AI principles AAAHC published for public comment, extended to regulatory status and public claims, clinical device storage, vendor governance, waived testing, continuity, and quality improvement.
