Request a Consultation

Thirty minutes. Plain answers.

A consultation is a working conversation with a Clinical Risk Partners expert about your organization — your systems, your regulatory posture, the promises your website makes, and what your board and accreditor will ask next. You leave knowing where you stand and what a right-sized program would look like. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.

A complimentary first step

The Claims-Language Review

Your consultation begins with a complimentary Claims-Language Review: an independent look at your website, intake forms, and public privacy statements against your organization’s actual HIPAA status, practices, and documentation. We identify the wording most likely to create confusion, regulatory exposure, or insurance concerns — and give you corrected language you can adopt immediately.

Ordinarily a $750 professional service. Complimentary, and no obligation, for organizations that request a consultation. A practical first step toward keeping trust provable.

What happens after you submit

  1. We confirm and schedule.

You will hear from us within two business days with scheduling options.

  2. We talk.

Thirty minutes, no slides required from you and no pressure from us. Bring whoever owns this question — an ED, a board member, an operations lead.

  3. You receive a written summary.

A short note capturing what we discussed, our candid read on your posture, and a recommended next step — whether or not that step is us.

Clinical Risk Monitor is currently onboarding a limited number of organizations. Consultations are scheduled in the order requests are received, and requesting one carries no obligation.
