Privacy & Cookie Disclosure
Effective July 14, 2026
This disclosure describes what information austinzierke.com collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — it is short because the honest answer is short.
Who we are
This website is operated by Austin-Zierke LLC, doing business as Austin-Zierke Clinical Risk Partners. Questions about this disclosure or your information can be sent to hello@austinzierke.com.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party trackers. We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
If you dismiss the privacy notice shown at the bottom of the page, we store a single preference flag in your browser’s local storage so the notice stays dismissed on this device. It contains no personal information and is never transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for austinzierke.com.
Information you send us
The consultation request and briefing request forms ask for information such as your name, email address, organization, and role. We receive that information only when you choose to submit a form, and we use it to respond to your request, schedule consultations, and deliver the materials you asked for. Email you send us is handled the same way.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operational purposes, as virtually all websites do. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We do not share it except with the service providers needed to operate this site and respond to you (hosting, form processing, and email), or where the law requires.
- We do not send marketing you did not ask for. Requesting the 2026 briefing or a consultation subscribes you to nothing.
Patient information
This website is not a channel for patient information. Please do not submit patient names, health details, or any other protected health information through these forms. Client engagements exchange sensitive material only through channels established under the engagement agreement.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence and form submissions as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you have sent us by writing to hello@austinzierke.com.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its effective date. A change will never quietly add tracking — if this site ever begins setting analytics or advertising cookies, this disclosure and the site notice will say so plainly first.
